polyglot theatre : news update
Hi #Name#,

It's a crazy school holiday period for Polyglot, with three different shows on simultaneously next week, plus more as we tour all over Australia and the world throughout July.

Our brand new work Tangled Web opened this week at the beautiful Brisbane Powerhouse before moving to Sydney's Casula Powerhouse for performances next week. City of Riddles has already kicked off its second Victorian theatres tour, playing at Chapel off Chapel in Melbourne next week.  Meanwhile, we are creating a new site-specific work called Paper Planet which will be created at Federation Square throughout next week.  Finally, we are thrilled to announce yet anther international tour!  The extraordinary We Built This City continues to be an international juggernaught, with upcoming performances in Taiwan and Japan completely selling out only hours after going on sale! Several more creative developments, national and international tours are set to be announced over the coming months... watch this space.

There's still 24 hours to contribute a donation to Polyglot's tax appeal campaign, which has so far raised over $6000. Funds raised will support our new production of Muckheap when, following a successful production at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, we will create an Auslan sign language version.

City of Riddles now touring

After successful performances in Frankston and Gippsland, City of Riddles is on the road again, opening at Chapel off Chapel for the Roola Boola Children's Festival on Tuesday 5 July. After that, this hands-on theatre piece will visit the Upper Yarra Arts Centre, the Kingston City Hall, and the Karralyka Centre. Read Cameron Woodhead's review of the show.

Paper Planet at Federation Square
Free indoor fun at Federation Square this school holidays! We're excited to create this new site-specific installation collaboratively with the public from Wednesday 6 July. Constantly evolving and deeply immersive, Paper Planet will create a whole new world of paper creatures and objects to inhabit the BMW Edge and surrounds. Come throughout the week to see how it changes, as the event is free.
