polyglot theatre : news update

2011 is set to be an exciting and ambitious year for Polyglot. We will premiere two new works to the general public, continue to tour extensively overseas and interstate, present more work at home to Victorians than in many years, and continue development on a groundbreaking new work which is set to premiere in 2012.

We are kicking off in style, with a celebratory 10th Anniversary production of our international touring hit-show; We Built This City happening next week at the Arts Centre Melbourne (and it’s free!). We'll also be premiering our newest works here in Melbourne - Tangled Web, in March and City of Riddles in April.

Later this month, our newest Wild Things roving characters launch the Australia-Korea year of friendship in Seoul, fresh from their 2010 tours to China and Taiwan.

As our program continues to expand, we’re looking for two energetic individuals to join our team, with roles in Marketing and Development.  >More info

We are also offering a brand new Teacher’s Professional Development workshop called Unleash the Beast: Uncovering building blocks to the imagination which encourages creative responses to expand the possibilities of teachers’ practice.
